At Tate & Harriss, we have always prided ourselves on focussing on the 360 recruitment which means that from start to finish, you’ll be liaising with an experienced recruiter who will take time to understand what it is you are looking for in your next role, to identify and make the various introductions with clients, that best fit you. Think of us as your very own personal recruiter!

How we work

Whether you have actively applied for the position we are advertising or have approached you direct, we will take the time discussing your current role and responsibilities and listening to what will get the spring back in your step, going to work on a Monday morning!

With all of this in mind, we will discuss potential opportunities in extensive detail, so you can make an informed decision of where you would like your CV being sent to. After making the introduction with the client, we will then arrange the interview, providing you with all relevant information and material to help prepare you, followed up with a call ahead of the interview for any insider tips and tricks to help you put your best foot forward!! Following the interview, we will then liaise with the client for feedback and manage the entire negotiation.

What separates us from other recruiters is that we know how scary it can be transitioning into a new company, so we will be there for you every step the way from our initial discovery call, interview stage, notice period and thereafter, regularly checking in so you have a friendly face to help settle you in to your new role.
