Meet the team

Vicky began her recruitment career in 2013, having previously worked at a Health and Fitness club selling memberships, which is where she grew her passion for sales. During her 8 years in recruitment, she progressed from Resourcer to Senior recruitment consultant where she was actively sourcing high caliber candidates, whilst gaining knowledge of the property industry. Just after 2 years, as a result of her excellent performance in role, she decided to take the leap and buy her own franchise, building a team around her and operating a successful business. It had always been an ambition of hers to one day start up her own recruitment company, so after having achieved exceptional results with her franchise, it was time she realised her dream to build her own brand and continue doing what she does best!

Prior to recruitment, Lauren was developing and winning new business for a leading retailer, predominantly focusing on property acquisition and retention of leases across the UK to increase market share. She was directly responsible for not only the commercial and lease negotiations, which included initial sales pitches/ tenders, but also the ongoing P&Ls, format innovations and was the point of contact for all Landlords and suppliers. Seeking a new challenge and coupled with her proven track record in sales, she went to explore new opportunities and joined Vicky’s team back in 2019 and has never looked back! Under Vicky’s wing, she quickly progressed to Senior Recruitment Consultant and during her time in recruitment, has built long-standing relationships and has established an excellent reputation with both clients and candidates alike. Becoming Vicky’s right hand woman, it was apparent they both shared the same values and aspirations, so being the ‘numbers’ Ying to Vicky’s ‘creative’ Yang, it was a match made in heaven!!

Lesley had a long and successful career with the John Lewis Partnership, predominately in Management and Customer Service.​ Three years ago she made the big jump in starting a brand new career in Recruitment. She has never looked back and now provides all the Administrational support to the rest of the team.
